A modern process of extended maturation and final finishing of Blackletter Straight Bourbon on our Blackletter Cabernet Sauvignon barrel staves imparts an additional depth and richness we love. This final finishing and blending takes place here, in San Francisco, CA.
Part of the unique and proprietary aging and finishing process has allowed for a better aged bourbon, that uses less wood, water, and energy to achieve its true craft flavor. Mash Bill: 75% Corn, 21% Rye, 4% Malted Barley.

Winemaking: After more than two years in new American Oak Barrels, at level 4 & 1 char, this traditional American Straight Bourbon Whiskey completes its master finishing on our Blackletter Cabernet barrel staves, imparting an extra depth of flavor and richness.
