OnlyDrams.com is operated by Crest Liquor Co., a licensed alcoholic beverage retailer located in California. All alcoholic beverage sales made through OnlyDrams.com are accepted and completed in California.
Ownership and Transportation
By placing an order through OnlyDrams.com, the purchaser authorizes Crest Liquor Co. to arrange transportation of the purchaser’s order through an appropriate common carrier or delivery provider.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, title to and ownership of alcoholic beverages purchased through OnlyDrams.com passes to the purchaser in California. When Crest Liquor Co. arranges transportation, it does so at the purchaser’s request and for the purchaser’s convenience.
Shipping charges, insurance, handling charges, taxes, carrier charges, and other applicable fees may be charged to the purchaser as part of the order.
Purchaser Responsibility
Alcohol beverage laws vary significantly by state and locality. By requesting transportation of an order outside California, the purchaser represents that they are legally permitted to purchase, possess, receive, and take delivery of the alcoholic beverages ordered in the destination jurisdiction.
The purchaser is responsible for complying with applicable laws and restrictions concerning the purchase, possession, transportation, and receipt of alcoholic beverages.
Nothing in this policy is intended to authorize a shipment or transaction prohibited by applicable federal, state, or local law.
Shipping Availability
The ability to enter a shipping address or receive a shipping quote on OnlyDrams.com does not guarantee that an order can legally or operationally be shipped to that destination.
Crest Liquor Co. reserves the right to review, hold, cancel, or refuse any order when we determine that the order cannot be shipped or delivered in accordance with applicable law, carrier requirements, licensing requirements, or our internal compliance policies.
Certain products or destinations may be unavailable for shipping even when other products can be shipped to the same destination.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcoholic beverages from OnlyDrams.com.
Alcohol shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. A person at least 21 years of age must be available to accept the shipment and may be required to present a valid government-issued photo identification.
Alcohol shipments will not be left unattended when an adult signature is required.
Carrier Requirements
Alcohol orders may only be transported using carriers and delivery services authorized by Crest Liquor Co. and, where applicable, approved to transport alcoholic beverages.
Customers may not request that alcohol shipments be marked, described, or packaged in a manner intended to conceal the presence of alcoholic beverages or circumvent carrier or legal requirements.
Undeliverable and Returned Shipments
The purchaser is responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable address and ensuring that an eligible adult is available to accept delivery.
Orders returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, inability to obtain an adult signature, or other circumstances attributable to the purchaser may be subject to return shipping charges, carrier fees, restocking fees, and other reasonable costs incurred by Crest Liquor Co., to the extent permitted by law.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship alcoholic beverages to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or other locations where adult-signature delivery cannot be completed.
Additional state, county, municipal, carrier, or product-specific restrictions may apply.
Crest Liquor Co. may modify available shipping destinations at any time based on changes in law, regulation, carrier availability, licensing, or compliance requirements.
Compliance
OnlyDrams.com and Crest Liquor Co. are committed to the responsible sale and transportation of alcoholic beverages.
Submission of an order does not obligate Crest Liquor Co. to complete or ship the order. We reserve the right to request additional information, verify age or identity, restrict quantities, decline transportation to a particular jurisdiction, or cancel and refund an order when necessary to comply with applicable requirements.

Insurance can be purchased through website. Insurance covers broken bottles. Must show proof of breakage.
