Funky Drummer is Doc Swinson’s blend of two five-year rye whiskeys that have had a long break in some seriously funky Jamaican rum casks (look up dunder pits if you want some fun info!). These casks are full of tropical fruit flavors that marry nicely with the heavy rye spice. It took some serious time locked away to get these flavors to play nicely together, but when they did... woah, ain’t it funky! Grab a bottle and bring on the juice! Mashbill: - 95% rye, 5% malted barley - 45% corn, 51% rye, 4% malted barley Sensory Notes: Pineapple, banana syrup, fuji apple, clove, nutmeg, cinnamon, and loads of vanilla.
