Fords Gin is the result of a collaboration between 8th generation Master Distiller Charles Maxwell of Thames Distillers and Simon Ford. Together, they are dedicated to creating spirits in harmony with professional bartenders and celebrated distillers worldwide.

Crafted with care, Fords Gin features a thoughtful mix of nine botanicals. It begins with a traditional base of juniper and coriander seed, complemented by citrus, florals, and spices. The botanicals are steeped for 15 hours before distillation, resulting in an aromatic, fresh, and floral spirit with elegant notes of jasmine and grapefruit, providing a versatile foundation for any gin-inspired cocktail.

Upon nosing, Fords Gin reveals juniper, coriander, and angelica root, followed by layers of citrus, jasmine, and hints of vanilla. The aroma is bright and aromatic, inviting exploration.

In the mid palate, juniper oils dominate the center tongue, while citrus oils excite the side palate, creating a prominent and well-balanced presence. The under tongue remains dry yet animated, offering an excellent structure for mixing.

Dryness in Fords Gin is attributed to jasmine, with a light sweetness on the tip of the tongue leading to the gentle introduction of botanicals, including notes of orris and angelica roots. The complexity is high, contributing to a full-bodied mouthfeel with a fresh sensation and high oil content.

The finish is long and lingering, characterized by grapefruit rind and juniper with a harmonious balance of floral notes, providing a satisfying conclusion to this exceptional gin experience.
