A 12 year Aged Single Blended Rum, consisting of both Artisanal Pot and Traditional Twin Column Coffey distilled molasses rums.
All distillation, maturation, blending and bottling occurring entirely on-site, at the Foursquare Rum Distillery in Barbados. Bottled at 60% ABV-120 Proof.
A full bodied, yet deceptively elegant sipper- especially at full proof - 60% ABV - with along, pleasing finish.
Notes of spiced orange, star anise and vanilla give way to red licorice, marasca cherries and dark chocolate.
Elegant and lengthy -opens with clove, cinnamon and baking spices, balanced by fresh black plums, stone fruits, bananas foster, caramel, and a hint of pineapple and toasted pine nuts.
