Garrison Brothers Lady Bird is a distinctive Texas straight bourbon whiskey, crafted with innovation and care. Starting with their Small Batch bourbon, aged for four years in new American white oak barrels, this expression undergoes a unique process: it is infused with Burleson’s Texas Wildflower Honey for an additional 8-9 months, creating the base for their HoneyDew bourbon. It is then transferred to French Cognac XO casks, where it matures for an extra three years, resulting in a rich, complex, and indulgent spirit. Bottled at 114 proof, Lady Bird is hand-sealed with a signature Prairie Purple wax.
