Aged in new charred American oak, char #4 barrel before being finished in a reconstructed barrel with salvaged cherry wood heads. This incredibly complex craft whisky is more like single malt scotch than most American rye whiskies. Filled with complex spice and wild smoke, tempered by sweet cherry and earthy malt.
