This 69.5% ABV (139 Proof) bottling from RY3 packs a delicious punch! Tasting notes are Vanilla frosting, Shortbread cookie, and marble cake with a Creamy mouthfeel. The high proof is definitely present, but adding a few drops of water really opens it up and mellows it down while benefiting from all of the enhanced flavors.
